1. General Information
At B&S Cosmetics, we offer 48-hour tracked delivery across Pakistan through our trusted courier partner M&P.

2. Processing Time
•    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. 
•    Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day. 
•    Orders placed after 2 PM, weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day. 

3. Delivery Time
•    Delivery is completed within 48 hours after dispatch. 
•    Tracking details are shared via email once your order is shipped. 

4. Shipping Cost
•    Shipping charges may vary based on city. 
•    Standard 48-hour delivery has no extra hidden charges. 

5. Order Tracking
•    A tracking number will be emailed after dispatch. 
•    You can track your order on the M&P courier website. 

6. Delivery Coverage
•    We deliver all over Pakistan only. 
•    International shipping is not available at this time. 

7. Delivery Issues
•    If your order is delayed beyond 48 hours, contact us at info@bnscosmetics.com. 
•    If your item arrives damaged, we will replace or refund it according to our policy. 

8. Missed Deliveries
•    Courier will contact you if you miss delivery. 
•    Unclaimed parcels may be returned; redelivery can be arranged.
