Apply a generous amount (at least two finger lengths) 15-20 minutes before sun exposure, covering all exposed skin including the neck and ears. Gently massage the sunscreen into your skin, allowing it to absorb fully before heading out. Reapply every two hours, or more frequently if you're swimming or sweating.
