Hydrating Centella Toner

Aqua, Centella asiatica, niacinamide, Vitamin E, Chamomile extract, glycerin,urea, Phenoxyethanol, Panthenol, and Sodium lactate.

Apply it after cleansing and before serums or moisturizers, using a cotton pad or hands, and let it fully absorb before applying subsequent products. Can be used in AM and PM.
